I am a self-taught baker and cake-decorator. I love to cook and bake in my spare time; experimenting in the kitchen is the ultimate art form. With food you can be as creative and out of the box as you like, or on other days be as traditional as you want. I love to experiment in the kitchen trying new techniques and ideas, while putting a twist on traditional classics as well.
When I am not baking, you can find me watching any sort of food related show on t.v.. I am a huge fan of The Next Food Network Star, Restaurant Impossible, Hells Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Cupcake Wars, Chopped, Master Chef, Iron Chef America, Cake Boss, the list goes on!
